QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
What you will do:
- Develop procedures and implement activities to ensure high quality of our software
- Identify quality assurance metrics, analyse and report trends to management
- Participate actively in all stages of development, ensuring quality requirements met
- Track problems and communicate defects to development and operations team
- Be passionate about quality and the importance of QA within the development process
What we expect:
- IT education and 3+ years prior experience in QA
- Proven expertise in test automation and good knowledge of QA methodologies and product lifecycle
- Experience in testing web-based and client-server applications
- Perfect English and good Estonian
- Knowledge of Java, Linux, MySQL, PHP, CSS and Oracle DB is big plus
