What You’ll Be Doing
as a C++ Software Developer:
As a Software Developer on our Remote Tower Team, you will:
✨ Develop and enhance features in our advanced remote tower and voice communication systems.
🔄 Maintain and optimize system updates using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
🛠 Improve the architecture of our systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
🚀 Design and implement solutions for prototypes as needed.
💡 Engage in discussions, research, and decision-making for innovative solutions.
🤝 Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
What You Bring to the Team:
We’re looking for someone with:
💻 Experience in C++, with use of C++14 or later (bonus points for Qt experience!).
🎓 A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
⏱ Familiarity with soft real-time systems or VoIP is a plus.
🌍 A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with teams and partners across multiple geographical locations.
📚 Proficiency in Estonian and English language.
