DOMESTIC AND OPEN TARGETED RECRUITMENT

We specialize in recruiting both specialists and managers. We utilize both public competitions and targeted searches, and with us, it’s easy to build your team from scratch (we offer consultation on the labor market and all questions related to employee onboarding). When starting a new recruitment project, we first learn about the client’s field of expertise and needs and conduct a job analysis. Based on this, we create a recruitment plan and necessary recruitment materials. The search process follows, which includes finding suitable candidates, assessing them (including interviews, job-specific tasks, testing, conducting background checks), and follow-up activities related to the search. Depending on the competition, the recruitment project takes 2-6 weeks, and the number of final candidates is agreed upon according to the client’s wishes. After selecting the suitable candidate, we also assist in creating an onboarding program and agreeing on metrics for passing the probationary period.

In all stages of personnel search, we consider it important to adhere to the code of ethics in psychology and scientifically validated methods. For candidate testing, we use personality and job-specific tests developed by Psience psychologists.

INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT

We also engage in international recruitment.

We have predominantly focused on bringing technology sector professionals to Estonia. However, we are certainly ready to support bringing professionals from other fields to Estonia as needed. Our main partners are located in the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Georgia, Hungary, Romania, Bolivia, and India.
In international recruitment, we focus on the following:

  • Conducting targeted searches to find suitable candidates
  • Performing background checks on candidates from other countries (including education quality, analysis of the information received, employer background check)
  • Providing consultation to employers and candidates about relocation (including information on necessary documentation, supporting institutions, etc.)
  • Assisting with document processing, organizing integration into Estonia, and supporting candidates’ family members if needed.
