SURVEY RESEARCH

EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND COMMITMENT

Job satisfaction is a driving sense of well-being experienced by someone who can apply their potential and develop competencies in a supportive environment. Research shows that company success is clearly linked to employee satisfaction and commitment: the more motivated the employees, the better the economic results. We offer support in mapping employee satisfaction and commitment and developing improvement activities.

Psience’s team has also developed a basic model for employee satisfaction and commitment, which is based on various recognized theories and primarily focuses on assessing the following areas: work environment, work organization, management, cooperation, information flow, motivation, organizational culture, loyalty, and commitment.

Psience OÜ is also one of the creators of the public sector commitment survey methodology, and if desired, we use the model developed for the public sector as the basic model for the survey.
Both survey base models can be flexibly adapted for different organizations.

360-DEGREE FEEDBACK

Employees often have competencies that may not be reflected in certain tasks and can go unnoticed. There are also employees who are in the prime of their careers and need feedback to support further development. Therefore, it is useful to assess the various competencies of employees. For example, this can help determine if there are so-called hidden resources within the organization. Assessment is also beneficial for career movement or internal rotation within the company. As a result of the assessment, work organization can be planned, succession can be arranged, or career decisions can be supported.

One of the most common studies in this context is the 360-degree feedback assessment, which provides comprehensive and meaningful feedback both personally for each individual assessed and for viewing the potential of the organization’s employees as a whole. Undoubtedly, this is also one of Psience OÜ’s favorite feedback surveys, which we internally refer to as the circle feedback survey.

Psience’s team has also developed a base model for circle feedback, which is easy to adapt for different organizations. Our 360-degree feedback assessment base model focuses on evaluating five main management competencies: 1. strategic management, 2. people management, 3. process management, 4. customer focus and collaboration management, and 5. self-management. However, the exact structure of the survey always depends on the company’s needs and defined competencies.
