ANALYST (IT)
For Adacel Technologies Estonia
We are looking for System Analyst and Requirements Analyst to join Adacel Technologies Estonian remote tower team. We are developing world-class novel technologies for remote air traffic control integrating radars, cameras, radio comms into AI enabled surveillance system of airports.
Your main responsibilities
As a System Analyst will be:
- Analysing the system requirements of the end users
- Writing and maintaining software requirement documents that include process flows etc
- Creating tests and developing specifications for the engineering team
- Working with the engineering team to make sure all the requirements are met
- Acting as a liaison between the business, end users and technology team
- Proposing innovative solutions for developing the product based on the requirements
- Analysing and creating sales documentation.
Your main responsibilities
As a Requirements Analyst will be:
- Collecting, mapping, and documenting customer requirements
- Maintaining and managing requirements
- Developing and maintaining requirements documentation
- Working with engineering team to make sure the requirements are met
- Participating in testing the information system
- Proposing solutions for developing the product based on gathered requirements
- Analysing and creating sales documentation.
As a successful candidate you must have:
- Work experience as an Analyst in IT
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or equivalent field of study
- Experience with Atlassian stack – Jira, Confluence
- Experience with UI/UX, use case modelling and with BPMN modeling tool
- Strong communication and presentation skills both in verbal and in written
- Good analytical skills and collaborative approach
- Good spoken and written English and Estonian.
