OPERATIONS MANAGER

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing all group operations
  • Reviewing and updating existing procedures through whole organisation
  • Working with management on understanding the market trends and setting goals
  • Working with the product team on managing IT solutions and implementing new features
  • Working with our customer service team to improve loan issuing procedures and 
 
customer satisfaction
  • Woring with our debt collection team on efficiency issues
  • Working with our partners to improve relations and boost sales
  • Working with our law firm partners to support all above tasks

We expect you to have:

  • Super-organised mindset with a background of finance matters
  • Good understanding of how businesses are run
  • Experience of working in international or remote environments
  • Managing skills
  • Good spoken and written Estonian and English
  • Drive to improve both yourself and the company
