IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
What you will do:
- Master system functionality and remain current with product updates
- Maintain a good understanding of the client’s business
- Proactively assess solution specifications and recommend changes that optimize value
- Develop new feature notices and product update overviews
- Plan, design and create instructional materials to support the product
- Travel periodically (up to 25%) based on customer and business needs
What we expect:
- 2+ years in software training role that include involvement in client implementations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personell
- Perfect English and good Estonian
- IT education and 3+ years prior management of IT operations
