PROJECT MANAGER
For Adacel Technologies Estonia
We are looking for experienced Project Manager to join Adacel Technologies Estonian remote tower team. We are developing world-class novel technologies for remote air traffic control integrating radars, cameras, radio comms into AI enabled surveillance system of airports.
Your main responsibilities
- Planning and initiating the project, incl. sales support, offer documents, contracts
- Organizing project setup, e.g. assembling and instructing project team, preparing project plan and risk management plan
- Implementing the project, e.g. coordinating client needs and technical solutions, making quality control, managing project process and documentation
- Acting as a liaison between the business, end-users, technology team and subcontractors
- Participating in system analysis and product development discussions that drive business growth.
As a successful candidate you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or equivalent field of study
- Work experience as a system analyst or project manager in IT
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and MS Project or relevant Gantt project tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills both in verbal and in written
- Ability to travel and work with team and partners in multiple geographical locations, both in English and Estonian language.
