SYSTEM ARCHITECT

For Adacel Technologies Estonia

We are looking for System Architect to join Adacel Technologies Estonian remote tower team. We are developing world-class novel technologies for remote air traffic control integrating radars, cameras, radio comms into AI enabled surveillance system of airports.

Your main responsibilities

  • Based to system requirements guiding production software system requirements
  • Taking part in design review and ensuring that development leads produce designs that are in sync and aligned with the product road map
  • Defining software architecture and ensuring that the design adheres to the architecture
  • Supporting the selection of software design tools
  • Establishing a policy for software re-use on the program
  • Supporting engineers with customer problems to resolve defects in fielded systems.

As a successful candidate you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in the Software Development field
  • Knowledge of software architectures and design methodologies and previous experience with AGILE/SCRUM
  • Knowledge of applicable programming languages (C++, Python), Qt framework, RPC protocols (JSON-RPC) and experience with micro-service based system architecture
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability work with team and partners in multiple geographical locations,
    both in English and Estonian language.
